Shaping UK's Road Transport ETS-WCRAQ

Shaping the UK road transport Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS)

2025 - LEVE Mobility was tasked by the Westminster Commission for Road Air Quality to lead the research and initiate the new initiative. The project has begun to raise awareness of the imminent introduction of regulations in the United Kingdom and to share information about the European Emissions Trading System (ETS) for Road Transport, which will undoubtedly impact the UK's regulations. The working group is actively developing policies, ensuring robust emissions monitoring, and promoting the adoption of sustainable fuels. We are engaging stakeholders, driving innovation, and building a framework that will result in tangible improvements in air quality and decarbonize road transport.
